1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BuzzRoutine website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

BuzzRoutine is a marketing and lead-generation platform. We provide a trading-related questionnaire designed to assess your interest and readiness for online trading. Based on your responses, we connect you with third-party licensed brokers and financial service providers ("Partners") who may offer trading account services.

BuzzRoutine does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. We are an affiliate marketing service that facilitates introductions between potential traders and licensed brokers.

3. Eligibility

To use this Site and submit your information, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Not be located in a jurisdiction where online trading is prohibited.

4. Account Onboarding & Minimum Deposit

By completing the questionnaire and submitting your contact details, you acknowledge and agree that:

A licensed trading advisor from one of our Partner brokers will contact you by phone, email, or SMS to assist with account setup.
Opening a live trading account with a Partner broker requires a minimum initial deposit of $250 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
You are expressing a genuine interest in learning about or participating in online trading.
The onboarding call is a standard part of the account-opening process and is conducted by the broker, not by BuzzRoutine.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your information through our Site, you explicitly consent to:

Receiving phone calls (including from automated systems) at the number you provided.
Receiving emails and SMS messages related to trading account setup and offers.
Being contacted by our Partner brokers and their representatives.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at support@buzzroutine.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Key risks include:

Market volatility can result in rapid and significant losses.

Your relationship with any broker is governed by their own terms and agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of BuzzRoutine or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzRoutine and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
